
I am Sriram A, working from UK and I own a website. Today(Sunday not expecting any company to work in weekend) i got in contact with ZNetLive Support team to change my hosting from Linux to Windows.
I got good response from support team(Pawan). They understood my problem quickly and responded well while helping me in conveying what can be done.
Also they helped me in adding the funds soon(not just adding funds and raising a trouble ticket and waiting for days) and then they have raised a request on behalf of me.
Last thing i got impressed is they promised that the work will be done with in 30 min
even on Sunday.

Today i had a query about upgrading my account from 199 to 499 as i needed to add another domain to my hosting. Mr Ravi Dixit was very courteous, quick to understand the problem and good with communication skills. I appreciate the way he resolved my issue and helped me upgrade. I’ll do the upgrade by evening today. I would also like to appreciate the efforts of another agent who earlier this morning helped me understand how to change name servers. Unfortunately i could not get his/her name but i appreciate the help.

Usually, when we buy a product or service from a company, we are quick to complain about it if it’s not up to our expectations. We rarely praise about it, if it’s any good. We do however, recommend the product/services to others if they require such.
I am not a prolific blogger, I dont get much time these days to practice my writing. But this time I have a reason to do that.
The reason is ZNet India. There may be many unhappy/unsatisfied clients, I am a happy one. I have my support mails to prove that ZNet India always took care of my problems related to their services. Pricing is good. Service is prompt.
I had some issues related to payments. I realised, it’s my own shortcoming, rather than them. I solved it by their guidance. I solved many problems with their help. I learnt a lot from them. Technical as well as Business related knowledge.
I must congratulate ZNet’s team of support. Many heads to count. Many guys were there who helped me one way or another. One case is Praveen. He has helped me so much, that I have become dependent on him. Whenever, I get stuck somewhere, I call him. And he is always there at the end of the phone. He is always courteous, always eager to help, always ready to listen to me. These days I call him before I make any transactions! He helped me get some good discounts on the products.
Who will compete with this company who has such good team-members?
